FIRE AT FACTORY IN PANCHKULA

PANCHKULA : A major fire broke out at a chemical factory in the industrial area here on Tuesday night. No one got injured in the incident, said fire officials. Due to the chemicals at the unit, the fire spread rapidly, partly destroying an adjoining unit housing furniture. “The fire was massive and cause is not ascertained yet,” said a Panchkula fire department official. Nine water and foam tenders were used to douse the fire.
