Maharashtra cops didn’t cooperate in Rajput case: Bihar

NEW DELHI: The Bihar government opposed actor Rhea Chakraborty’s plea to transfer the case related to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death from Patna to Mumbai, stating before the Supreme Court that it was acting well within its powers because the Mumbai police had not registered an FIR nor conducted an investigation into the matter.

“There is a complete lapse of investigation on part of the Mumbai police...” it said.
