ONE-STOP PORTAL FOR SERVICES LAUNCHED

CHANDIGARH : Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Monday launched a one-stop digital public grievance redressal system to address the grievances of citizens in a time-bound manner. Launching the portal during the cabinet meeting, Amarinder said the portal, conceived and developed by the department of governance reforms and public grievances, would go a long way in digitising processes related to the delivery of services across various departments. A spokesperson of the chief minister’s office (CMO) said the portal is aimed at boosting citizen-centric governance by leveraging the latest technology.
