THREE THEFTS IN CHANDIGARH

CHANDIGARH: Thieves decamped with ₹50,000 besides electronics and stationery items from a factory in the Industrial Area, Phase 2. Owner Sanjeev Gupta is a resident of Sector 42 and is into paper and stationery business. Another theft was reported by one Nand Kishor Maithani of Sector 61, whose mobile phone and laptop went missing from his house while he was asleep on Sunday afternoon. Meanwhile, an e-rickshaw parked near Manchanda Book Depot in Sector 19 was also stolen. Its owner Dharminder of Mauli Jagran filed a police complaint.
