FIVE MEN BOOKED FOR ASSAULT

PANCHKULA: Five men from Raila village in Sector 12 here have booked after they attacked a 19-year-old youth and his friend with iron rods, police said on Monday. They have been identified as Pankaj, Sushil, Anil, Subhash and Ramesh. Complainant Monu, who too is from the same village, said he had an argument with the men over some issue earlier. On August 15, when he and his friend were returning from work, the accused allegedly attacked them before fleeing.
