WASTE VEHICLES: 2 FIRMS CLEARED

CHANDIGARH: Two firms are in the race for providing 390 waste segregation vehicles to the municipal corporation, with the technical committee of Chandigarh Smart City Limited on Monday clearing them after the technical bid process was completed. The committee also approved an additional ₹6.2 crore for 90 smart classrooms in government schools to ensure social distancing is followed.
