FATHER HELD FOR RAPING 13-YR-OLD IN BILASPUR

SHIMLA: A man was arrested for raping his 13-year-old daughter in Bilaspur. The girl, in her complaint, said that her mother had left the house on Saturday after an argument with her father and after a few hours her father sexually assaulted her. A medical test of the girl was also conducted. A case was registered under sections of the Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
