TIME TO REOPEN THEATRES

The Punjab government has lifted restrictions on gatherings at marriage palaces, provided the venue has double the capacity of invitees. Theatres should also be allowed to screen films at 50% capacity. Penalties should be imposed on people occupying seats meant to be vacant.
