Start with slow jog for 2-3 min followed by 1.5 km run in 7 min 15 seconds. Maintain pace. You should be able to converse in 2-3 words. Rest for 2-3 min. Take deep slow breaths. Repeat again running 1.5 km in 7:15.

Do 4-6 repeats.
