Inter-School Festival at NK Bagrodia Public School
N.K. Bagrodia Public School (Junior Wing) Dwarka, hosted its annual inter-school festival ‘PRAYAAS’. The event was graced by the presence of Chairperson, Pushpa Devi Bagrodia, Director of NKBPS, Dr. S.K. Bhattacharya, Principal, Dr. Rajee N Kumar and Headmistress (Junior Wing), Satinder K. Singh. Various events based on subjects like, English, Science, Mathematics were conducted with the aim to provide a platform to the students to exhibit their talent. The event culminated with prize distribution ceremony where the rolling trophy was bagged by B.G.S. International Public School, Dwarka.
Birla Vidya Niketan (Junior School), Pushp Vihar, celebrated its 33rd Foundation Day with great enthusiasm. The event was graced by the presence of the chief guest, Padamashree Ranjana Gauhar, a renowned leading exponent of Odissi dance along with Principal, Minakshi Kushwaha and VicePrincipal, Anu Norula. School Principal, while addressing the gathering, shared the vision of the school highlighting the excellent result that has put the school among the top five schools of Delhi. During the event, students were felicitated for their exemplary performance in academics, sports and co-curricular. The chief guest exalted the students for their efforts and the teachers for their guidance.
Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan, students participated in an art competition organised by the High Commission of Canada. Proving its mettle in the International arena, the art captain of the school, Yakshita Wadhwa’s expression of art was adjudged the winner by a panel of imminent judges. Besides, her art work was also posted on the High Commission’s Facebook page for public voting that became popular with 2.8k likes. The school now awaits for the creative masterpiece

Amity International School, Mayur Vihar, organised Inter-Amity Sanskrit Competition titled ‘Subhashika’ with great vigour. The event was graced by the presence of the chief guests, Sudhishtha Kumar Mishra, Secretary, Sanskrit Bharti and Dr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Professor at St. Stephen’s college along with Chairperson, Dr. Amita Chauhan and Principal, Dr. Priyanka Mehta. Eight schools from all the branches of Amity schools contested and presented recitation of Vidya Mahima in the junior category and Dance – Drama on the theme ‘Shri Krishna Bhakti’ in the senior category. The rolling trophy was won by the host school which was then passed on to Amity International School, Saket.
