OBAMA TO GIVE SPEECH ONJAN10

HONOLULU: President Barack Obama will deliver a farewell address on January 10 to reflect on his time in office and say thank you to his supporters, he said in an email statement on Monday.

Obama said he would deliver his speech in his hometown of Chicago. “I’m thinking about (the speech) as a chance to say thank you for this amazing journey, to celebrate the ways you’ve changed this country... and to offer thoughts on where we all go from here”hesaid. REUTERS
