- Soibam Rocky Singh letters@hindustantimes.com

NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Friday stayed the AAP government’s controversial nursery admission notification that made it mandatory for private unaided minority schools to admit students in the unreserved category on the basis of neighbourhood criteria.

The court said these schools are free to devise their own procedures and should be treated differently.

The order will give relief to 15 minority schools, including Mount Carmel School and Ryan International School, that were set up on public land. >>PAGE 5
