With sweeping workforce changes, HR is expected to transform itself to engage with multiple generations through innovative digital gateways. It’s also the time when CEOs are expecting the CHRO to emerge as a true partner and help develop a common agenda across C-suite peers. In this VUCA world, a slew of factors can affect a company’s financial outlook.
