Snag disrupts Metro services

Normal services on Delhi Metro’ Blue Line (Dwarka 21-Noida City Centre/Vaishali) were hit for over an hour on Sunday evening due to technical glitch near a Noida metro station.

According to Delhi Metro officials, services were affected from 5.31 p.m. due to breakage of overhead electric wires near the Noida Sector 15 metro station .

“To undertake restoration, train services were run on single line between Noida Sector 16 and Yamuna Bank metro stations through down line and short loop services were introduced between Noida Sector 16 and Noida City Centre,” a Delhi Metro official said. IANS.
