KIDNEY BEAN SALAD
Boiled kidney beans (rajma) - 1 1/2 cups
Deseeded tomato cubes -
1/2 cup
Thinly sliced onions -
1/2 cup
Chopped spring onion greens - 1/4 cup
For dressing Olive oil - 3 tbsp Finely chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
Serve immediately.
