We try hardest to change

-

Like most children, I too like gorging on junk food: chips, noodles, fries and fizzy drinks. I eat junk food even when I am not hungry. My parents told me foods high in unhealthy fat may increase the risk of high cholesterol and obesity. I am trying to control the desire to eat unhealthy food. Instead, I try to take fresh fruits, juices and sandwiches. Though sleep is vital for a healthy mind and body, I often tend to overdo this. Owing to this habit, I cannot go out to play regularly and am often forced to rush things up. It also makes me lazy and causes a lot of wastage of precious time that could have been spent productively. Nowadays, I constantly try to remedy this by improving my schedule and findingtime for studies as well as sports. I go out with friends every evening to play in the park and this is also the time for my studies. So the difficult thing is to balance school, coaching, ng, extracurricular activities, s, homework and playing. I am trying to devote time to both games and d studies.
