“On July 4, two masked men started following him on a bike. The men also tried to stop Kumar and intercept him near Moolchand flyover, but Kumar did not stop. The moment Kumar reached the bank and was parking his bike, the two men approached him and one of them greeted him and shook hands with him. The duo then suddenly started snatching his cash bag and when he resisted, he was shot at thrice,” the DCP said.
