Golconda Masters: Chikka fires 65 to win by two shots

HYDERABAD: Bengaluru’s S Chikkarangappa scored a flawless final round of six-under-65 to emerge triumphant by two shots at PGTI’S season-opening Golconda Masters Golf Championship here on Saturday.

Chikka (65-64-70-65) sealed his 12th career win with a score of 20-under-264. His career-graph has been on the upswing since he ended a two-year long titledrought on the PGTI in November last year.

GURUGRAM: Chirag Paul and Pranay Puri with net scores of 72.6 and 72.4 clinched the winner’s trophy at the Madhav Rao Scindia Golf Tournament at DLF Golf & country club. The event saw participation from over 100 golfers all across Delhi & NCR.
