NEWDELHI: A police constable who caught robbers despite being shot in the face was granted an out of turn promotion (OTP) while five other junior police personnel were awarded the Asadharan Karya Puraskar for going beyond their call of duty and arresting armed criminals, Delhi Police said on Saturday.
