Prince Harry and singer Camila Cabello have voiced support for India in its fight against the second wave of Covid-19. Cabello urged fans to donate in whatever way they can.

The new wave of Covid has hit almost every other household across the Capil, affecting lives of many stunts, directly or indirectly. nd Delhi University students e signed a digital petition, seeking to be relieved of at least the stress of appearing for exams. While some are battling Covid themselves, others are tending to Covid-positive kin and feel it’s taking a toll on their ability to prepare for exams. Students of varsities across India have also written to the authorities, asking for their exams to be cancelled.
DU has postponed intermediary and final-year exams, but the digital petition signed by over 3,000 students, seeks complete cancellation of exams and suspension of classes. Arya Ray, a second-year student of Sri Venkateswara College, who started it, says, “It is ridiculous that my classmates and I had to start an online petition, participate in Twitter storms and mass emailing campaigns just to get DU and other universities to take note and emphasise that #Studentslivesmatter...” “This wave of Covid 19 has hit both professors and students,” says Sumaho Guha, a second-year student of Kirori Mal College.
Meanwhile, Iitians want their exams postponed. Aditi Singh, a student of IIT Delhi, says, “A lot of students have directly or indirectly been affected by Covid. We want exams to be postponed by at least a week or so, considering the scenario.”
