Innovative food and drinks were the flavour of this glamorous evening, held to celebrate 500 days of Molecule Air Bar, Gurgaon. Co-owners Manish Sharma, Joginder Sharma and Sahil Sambhi, in association with food connoisseur Rinku Madan, hosted a sundowner event that was attended by the who’s who of the food industry — chef Manish Mehrotra, food critic Sourish Bhattacharya, and bloggers Atul Sikand and Sid Khullar to name a few.
The star of the evening, Piyush Jain, chef at Molecule, revealed the mystery menu, and guests were seen enjoying the signature dishes.
Owners of the barlounge took pride in introducing their new menu which takes innovation to a new height. “Molecule has never failed to impress the guests with their great offerings and service. As a molecule brings together the atoms, Molecule in Gurgaon brings together the best of ingredients that make your culinary experience the best,” says Manish Sharma.
“When I started Molecule, little did I know that this concept would change the scene in Gurgaon, making our bar-lounge one of the most loved concepts in the city,” he adds.
Known faces from the social circuit also joined in this celebration, including interior designer Parull Mahaajan, jewellery designer Shalini Kochhar, entrepreneur Thenny Mejia, and designer Payal Sethi.
