When Delhi brewed a storm, Lanka style
The culture of tea drinking is not new to India or the Indian sub-continent. And to celebrate this, a tea party was hosted at the Sri Lankan High Commission in the Capital recently.
Guests at the do got to taste some specially-created biscuits from Sri Lanka, along with signature flavours of freshly brewed tea. The event was attended by officials from various embassies, including the ambassador of Nepal, Deep Kumar Upadhyay and Sri Lankan Deputy High Commissioner, RK Lenagala.
