Tamang murder case: Court rejects CBI plea for warrant

KOLKATA: The chief judge of city sessions court in Kolkata on Tuesday rejected the appeal from CBI for warrant against 22 Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) leaders in the 2010 Madan Tamang murder case. Tamang, president of the All India Gorkha League, was hacked to death in Darjeeling.
