Touring Digvijaya and injured Dwivedi remain absent

Two senior Congress general secretaries, Janardan Dwivedi (left) and Digvijaya Singh, were conspicuous by their absence in New Delhi. Singh is currently on a Narmada Parikrama, a 3,300km trek and six-month pilgrimage along the course of the river in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. Meanwhile, Dwivedi had suffered an injury on Friday while inspecting the venue of the plenary session.
