Clarification

UIDAI has clarified that the headline for its CEO Ajay Bhushan Pandey’s interview published on March 16, creates the impression that he was stating something which was not said in the interim order of the Supreme Court. UIDAI has said that it’s CEO was essentially saying that “Aadhaar is still a must for new accounts.”
