Actor Jimmy Sheirgill is excited to team up with Sanjay Dutt for the third instalment of the Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster film franchise. Sheirgill tells us that it’s “always a pleasure” for him to work with Dutt.

“With Sanju baba, the entire theme of the film is going to be royal. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with someone like him. I have always had a great time working with him,” quips Sheirgill, who has earlier worked with Dutt in three films — Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. (2003), Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006), and Eklavya: The Royal Guard (2007).

“Working with him has made me realise that whenever you are with him, you just keep on laughing. He makes the entire shooting process so seamless, and you wouldn’t even realise sometimes that you are working. I have worked with him in the two Munna Bhai films, and even Eklavya. I only remember the constant laughter that both of us shared while we were shooting for each film. This one wasn’t much different either,” says Sheirgill.

Talking about reprising his role of Aditya Pratap Singh in the upcoming instalment of Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, he says, “In the first film, Saheb was a bit like a gangster; then in the second, he became more political. In this [instalment], you will see a new dimension to his character. Even though it’s the same name and everything, he is going to seem like a new character. You will see him in jail, where he was at the end of the second film,” he shares, adding, “I took one or two days to get into character. But after that, everything fell into place.”
