After receiving a great response in Gurugram and Pitampura, Sankalp, one of the finest chains of South Indian restaurants is all geared up to launch in Connaught Place, the heart of the Capital.
The restaurant constantly strives to present innovative dishes to the guests and offers delicacies such as Telangana Aloo, Kura Mura Dosa, Three Barrel Dosa, Masala Boondhi, Chettinaad Dosa, Panchvarna Uthappam, Spring Dosa, Madurai Sandwich Uthappam, Bisi Bela, Bagala Bhath, Kaikari Biryani with the authentic north Indian dishes among others.
One of the promoters, Anup Saha, says, “For more than three decades, Sankalp has managed to retain its service and quality of food. Co-promoter Mathew George adds, “Sankalp’s sincere efforts and popularity have earned it several laurels such as making it to The Guinness Book of World Records thrice for the world’s largest dosa, and being bestowed with several other food awards.”
Another promoter, Sudhir Goria says, “It is noteworthy that Sankalp has been able to create a niche for itself in other cities such as Mumbai, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bhopal, Raipur, and almost all the major cities of Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra.”
