All India 8-day IFFCO culture fest to promote Indian culture begins

An all- India 8- day cultural festival organized by IFFCO, a co-operative fertilizer manufacturing company kicked off late on Thursday in Gurgaon.

This is the 9th cultural event in which around 400 employees and their family members are participating.

To promote Indian culture and enhance the bond between the employees, the organisation conducts these events once every four years.

The event is a melting pot for different sub-cultures and a viable platform for displaying the myriad colours of the country’s diversity.

“The children who perform really well in the festival get educational scholarships from the organisation. So, the contest is so keen that various units prepare professionally and some of them even invite Bollywood trainers, a month in advance in order to be the best performer”, an excited Media Head, Harshendra Verdhan said.
