QUAKE IN HARYANA
NEW DELHI: A medium intensity earthquake measuring 3.5 on Richter scale hit Haryana on Monday, with tremors being felt in the national capital and neighbouring areas too. According to the National Centre for Seismology, a unit of ministry of earth science, the epicentre of the quake was in Mahendragarh. The quake occurred at 2.50 pm at a depth of 10 km. However, there were no immediate reports of loss of life or damage to property.
