Badal launches mobile app for farmers

CHANDIGARH: Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Monday launched ‘Kisan Suvidha’ mobile app that would play up quick and information for the farmers of Punjab in Punjabi, English and Hindi. This application aimed at providing basic information on weather updates, crop prices and expert advices.An additional tab on the mobile app connects the farmers with a kisan call centre.
