SHOOTING FROM THELIP

Congress leaders from Punjab were surprised to know that cricketerturned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu had gone to Mumbai for a day for a shoot in the middle of campaigning in the recently-held assembly polls. He had taken a day off from his schedule to do so. After the polling on February 4, Sidhu again left for Mumbai to complete the shoot. This prompted many Punjab Congress leaders to remark that Sidhu’s “heart and interest” remains in the entertainment industry.
