The attack led by Radamel Falcao (right) has scored 76 goals in Ligue 1, which is the most among top-five leagues in Europe. After two injury-plagued seasons that saw him endure unsuccessful loan outings at Man United and Chelsea, the Colombian has re-emerged this season as the fulcrum of Monaco’s attack. At 31, with a history of injuries, the striker may no longer have the leading teams around Europe clamouring for his services but his scoring rate this season shows that City will have to be very careful.
