Chargesheet ordered against clerk for delay in handling file

CHANDIGARH: Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar has ordered to issue a chargesheet against a clerk for delay in dealing a file regarding granting benefit of advance increments to college teachers from the date of declaration of result or issuance of provisional marksheet for MPhil degree.

An official spokesman on Thursday said the chief minister had approved the proposal in this regard.

He said the Haryana college teachers’ association had requested that two additional advance increments on MPhil notification be given to teachers who were appointed up to September, 2009.
