5 hurt as bus hits auto in Jalandhar

JALANDHAR: About five people sustained minor injuries after a bus rammed into an autorickshaw near Rayowali village on JalandharPathankot highway on Thursday.

As per the information available, a roadways bus coming from Pathankot collided with the auto rickshaw from behind when the driver lost control.

Following information police rushed to the spot and admitted the injured persons to civil hospital with minor injuries. Police said that they are investigating the matter and no causality was reported while five people have received minor injuries. The injured are undergoing treatment at the local hospital. HTC
