EDUCATION A MESS

An inefficient education system has locked our nation into a vicious cycle of illiteracy, unemployment, and poverty. A key driver of this cycle and the second major challenge we face is the myopic vision of the political class, which cannot see beyond the next election. Key areas are neglected, reforms are stalled, and subsidies are doled out as vote-bank politics takes precedence over development.
