GIVE THEM THE TOOLS

Every decision-making forum should have a number of qualified young members. Some seats should be reserved for youngsters in electoral processes as well. Encourage the youth to debate and give due weightage to their views. Also empower them by giving them seed capital for their ventures. All these steps will motivate the youngsters to come forward with out-of-the-box solutions, which will go a long way in getting rid of the cobwebs that continue to cloud our vision.
