Sharif didn’t speak in Riyadh due to lack of time

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan foreign office spokesperson Nafees Zakaria on Thursday said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif could not deliver a speech at the US-Arab Islamic summit on counter-terrorism in Riyadh last week due to “shortage of time”. Pakistani media had mocked Sharif’s presence at the summit, branding it a “national humiliation”.
