Man killed as tempo hits motorcycle

BARNALA: In another smog-related accident, a 55-year-old resident of Pharwahi village was killed when a tempo hit the motorcycle he was riding on Raikot road. Victim’s son Iqbal Singh said: “My father Labh Singh was going to Sanghera village on the motorcycle to invite our relatives for my wedding when he was hit by a speeding tempo. He was rushed to a hospital where he died. Police said the mishap occurred due to dense smog.
