TEN SESSIONS JUDGES AMONG 39 JUDICIAL OFFICERS SHIFTED IN HARYANA
TWO OF 29 ADDL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGES TRANSFERRED HAVE BEEN PROMOTED AS DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGES
CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana high court on Wednesday shifted 39 judicial officers, including 10 district and sessions judges and 29 additional district and sessions judges, working in Haryana district courts.
Two of the 29 additional district and sessions judges transferred have been promoted as district and sessions judges.
An official said that the exercise was part of annual general transfers effected by the court in the months of April-May. All the officers have been asked to join their places of transfer by May 1.
Among the district and sessions judges transferred are Harnam Singh (Gurugram) and Surya Partap (Sonepat), who have been posted in Chandigarh as officers on special duty at high court.
Lalit Batra (Karnal) has been transferred to Sonepat, Ashok Kumar (Fatehabad) to Palwal, Ajay Kumar Jain (Chandigarh) to Fatehabad, Ravi Kumar Sondhi(Rewari) to Gurugram, Jagdeep Jain(Jagadhri) to Karnal, Dr Sarita Gupta (Faridabad) to Narnaul, Manisha Batra (Palwal) to Rewari, Bimlesh Tanwar (Sirsa) to Jagadhri.
Two officers have been promoted from additional district and sessions judge district to sessions judge and transferred from their current posting. While Ram Niwas Bharti (Kaithal) has been moved to Sirsa, Puneesh Jindia (member secretary, Haryana State Legal Services Authority, has been promoted on the same post.)
District and sessions judges transferred are Yashvir Singh Rathore (Faridabad) to Rewari, Naresh Kumar (Palwal) to Rewari, Vimal Kumar II (Hisar) to Palwal, Sandeep Garg (Jagadhri) to Fatehabad, Ajay Tewatia (Sonepat) to Narnaul, Harbir Singh Dahiya (Jhajjar) to Panipat, Sushil Kumar (Sonepat) to Bhiwani and Najar Singh (Narnaul) to Hisar.
Others include Alka Malik (Hisar) to Gurugram, Rajinder Pal Goyal (Gurugram) to Rohtak, Dr Abdul Majid (Ambala) to Jagadhri, Dr Gagandeep Kaur Singh, legal remembrancer cumdirector prosecution, Chandigarh Administration Chandigarh to Kurukshetra, Parveen Gupta, (Rewari) to Ambala, Sanjay Sandhir ( principal secretary to chief justice) to Panchkula, Sundeep Singh (registrar (administration) as legal remembrancer-cum director prosecution, Chandigarh administration, Jasbir Singh Sidhu (Chandigarh) to Panipat, Ashwani Kumar (Rohtak) to Sonepat, Vimal Kumar-III, (Mewat) to Jhajjar, Madhu Khanna Lalli (Mewat) at Nuh, Shashi Chauhan (Mewat) to Jhajjar, Harish Gupta (OSD, high court to Bhiwani, Narender (Bhiwani) to Faridabad and Rajeev Goyal (Faridabad) to Chandigarh.
Meanwhile Rajinder Pal Singh, additional district and sessions judge, Sirsa goes to Kurukshetra, Sonika( Rohtak) to Sonepat, Amarjit Singh (Fatehabad) to Faridabad, Vivek Nasir (Jhajjar) to Kaithal.
