CRPF jawan killed in PoliceMaoist encounter

JAMSHEDPUR: A jawan of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was killed in an encounter with a group of suspected CPI (Maoists) in East Singhbhum district on Wednesday. The encounter happened when security personnel were conducting patrolling in Dalapni village under MGM police station. A joint team of East Singhbhum district police and CRPF was conducting a search operation in Dalapani village following a tip off about movement of CPI (Maoist) cadres.
