PLAN DEFINES CLEAR ROLES FOR SENIOR OFFICERS
The joint commissioner of police (law and order) should take charge of control room in case of a terror strike The local police where the incident occurs would immediately inform the regional control room, and the deputy commissioner of police (DCP) would immediately lead the emergency operation, including the setting up of a control room close to the spot in order to send continuous report to the main control room
Once the regional additional commissioner of police reaches the spot, he would take charge of the situation and the DCP is relieved for the combat or rescue operations
