JLo introduces Alex Rodriguez to her mother

Ridhi Dogra (right), who has been part of several TV shows such as Savitri, and Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak?, likes to keep busy. Apparently, even when the actor was on a break before beginning work on her current TV show, she participated in an acting workshop, completed a dance therapy course and even did a play.

Speaking about her plans for the future, Ridhi says, “I am working on a web production that will be a monologue. I have written it and it’s about womanhood. I have planned it as a music piece that I will direct, perform and publish. It comprises of poetry and prose, and will be a oneperson show. It will be launched online.”

Ridhi feels spending time away from daily soaps opened her up to other possibilities as an actor. “I did a course in dance therapy last year, shot for a travel show and did a play as well. I never planned my career, and I take one day at a time. I chase experiences and crave them wherever I go, which is why I make the choices that I do. I want to be enriched as an individual and learn every day. I don’t want to be in a bubble but expand my horizons. An actor should evolve constantly.” sight-seeing.
