Have you always had a strong bond with him?

Rohit is the one who takes care of the house and everything. He also pays the bill every month for my DTH. I am more than equipped to handle everything, but I still ask my brother for money. For instance, if I’ve ordered a pizza, I ask him to pay. He has always had money since he was 12, but not me (laughs). Ever since I became an actor, people have only been giving me things for free — whether I go to a restaurant, travel in auto rickshaws or even in cabs, which I did when I was in New York for IIFA. People give me free clothes and free food; they just refuse to let me pay. That’s why I talk about the ‘connection’. I don’t know if I look poor to them or if they feel I haven’t earned enough money. I feel that people from the lower strata of society have bigger hearts than those in the upper strata. Variety.

Venom also features actor Michelle Williams and actor Riz Ahmed. Fifty Shades of Grey scribe Kelly Marcel is also onboard to co-write the project with Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner. Sony’s chairman Amy Pascal said Venom exists within the same universe as Spider-Man. Her statement is in contrast to Marvel president Kevin Feige’s comments that the Venom movie has “no plans” at the present to bring the character into the franchise’s universe. The film follows the adventures of Eddie Brock, the character who turns into the Marvel villain, Venom. The character first appeared on the big screen in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 3 and was played by actor Topher Grace. Directed by Ruben Fleischer, the film will arrive in theatres on October 5 next year.
