After Ranbir, is it Alia Bhatt?
The actor met Gauri Khan expressing her desire that the latter design her new pad in Juhu
Two days after his birthday (on September 28), Ranbir Kapoor had visited Gauri Khan’s store. Interestingly, the celebrity interior designer, Gauri also worked on Ranbir’s new pad in Bandra’s Pali Hill area. In the latest instance, Alia Bhatt visited Gauri’s store in the suburbs, on Wednesday, to “pick up stuff for her new house in Juhu.”
But what’s more interesting is that while praising Gauri’s sensibilities and design, the Badrinath Ki Dulhania actor also expressed her desire to get her home done up by Gauri. “I hope that one day, you (Gauri) do up my house. And I’m really looking forward to it,” said Alia. The 23-year-old admitted that she would see the store every day whenever she would pass by the area and that she always wished to visit it.
Apparently, Alia — who recently shifted to her new house — went shopping for “a some essential stuff” to Gauri’s home decor store. “Right now, no one knows what all Alia has ordered for but she wanted to visit the store for a really long time. Before leaving for a long schedule of Raazi, Alia had decided that she would visit it once she is back in the city after wrapping up the shoot,” says an insider.
After her visit, Alia took to Instagram to share a picture of her and Gauri. The latter also took to the same social media platform to share a video of the actress’ visit to her store. Interestingly, last year, Alia shared screenspace with Gauri’s superstar husband, Shah Rukh Khan for the first time in Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi.
