Meet Bollywood’s new fitness freaks
These Bollywood men have gifted themselves a ripped body in the recent past and they want their fans to see it on social media. Recently, ’90s heartthrob Bobby Deol sent hearts fluttering when he shared his body transformation picture on social media. The actor is making his comeback with Race 3 and his new look is just a teaser of what is in store for his fans.
Celebrities are no longer shy about flaunting their body transformation pictures on social media. Recently, Diljit Dosanjh shared a selfie showing off a chiseled torso selfie. Actor Saqib Saleem also showed off his transformation, writing, “The real transformation doesn’t happen in the gym, it happens in the kitchen. So eat clean and train hard to achieve your goals. At least a 45-minute workout for five days a week with an ideal workout regime is all you need to look fabulous.”
Fitness expert Bhavaya Chawla says, “You can be fit at any age and Bobby Deol is proof of that, because he has transformed himself at the age of 50. Getting fitter is now more of a lifestyle choice, and it is not just actors who are doing it. I have clients who come to me in their late 40s and are determined to transform their physique. It has become more of a lifestyle choice and if it makes you more desirable, then why not?”
Jinnie Gogia Chugh, a fitness enthusiast, adds, “We have seen a lot of these celebrities going the fit route. Back in the ’90s, it was only Salman Khan who flaunted his bare chest in movies. I think the trend of flaunting abs and looking fitter on-screen was brought in by Salman to Bollywood. And since a fitter body brings in a lot of difference, it is just fair for others to follow suit.”
