In an industry where it is immensely difficult to get dates from actors, producer Vashu Bhagnani has managed to get a lot of stars for his multi-starrer ensemble film, Welcome To New York. Talking about how he made it possible, the veteran producer says, “One often hears people complainin­g that the industry is not united and that people don’t help you out. Through the course of shooting for Welcome To New York, I have seen that everybody has helped out. Our film has close to twelve top actors who made sure that they were generous with their time and their associatio­n with the film.”

The film features Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha in a song, and the makers are coming up with a laugh riot that featuring Bollywood’s top stars.

“Welcome To New York is a heartfelt, rib-tickling comedy that tells the story of two unlikely youngsters living in India in search of a better life for themselves. An unexpected trip to New York City sets them off on a comedic adventure that changes their lives forever”, reveals a source.

The film comprises of an ensemble multi-star cast featuring Karan Johar in a never-seen-before double role, Diljit Dosanjh, Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh, Boman Irani, Lara Dutta, Sushant Singh Rajput and Rana Daggubati.

Directed by Chakri Toleti and Produced by Pooja Films and Wiz Films, with music by Pooja Music, the film releases worldwide on February 23.
