Which is the one breakfast food that you must have? Two to three hard-boiled eggs for breakfast are a must. One fattening food item that you just can’t resist? Butter chicken with roti, which is an absolute favourite. How do you get back in shape post a fattening indulgence? If I feel that I haven’t done too much and have eaten too much instead, I just head to the gym for a proper workout. For me, working out is more of a lifestyle, which I enjoy. Do you prefer mini meals? What do they normally contain? I always make it a point to eat every two-three hours regularly. It is ideally necessary to keep a good balance in the body. Lunch is two rotis with any green vegetable and some Greek yoghurt. I eat a lot of green vegetables, sometimes just a bowl of vegetables too. I usually snack on some digestive biscuits to feel good, along with some green tea. Dinner is usually sweet potatoes, some salad and boiled chicken. A diet plan that always works for you? Avoid junk unless it is genuinely a cheat day, and when eating it too, balance the proportions you eat. Avoid grains, and focus more on the proteins and fats. I make my portion sizes small, which is the key to healthy eating. What are the benefits of the sport you play? Depending on my mood, I love playing football, cycling and jogging. Outdoor activities are always great with building your metabolism as well as flexibility. Do you prefer outdoor or indoor physical activity? I love both, depending on my mood, and how much I want to workout at that time.
