A ctor Bipasha Basu’s last film —Alone —was released in January 2015. In the film she starred opposite Karan Singh Grover whom she married a year later. One her visit to Lucknow on Saturday, the actor says she will soon be back on the big screen.
“Yes, there is something which we will announce very soon. The project has been finalized and I will be starting working on it soon. I know that I have disappointed fans for a very long time. But, you all will see me back in action,” says the actor.
On her Lucknow visit, she says that she connects with the city because of her mother.
“My mom has spent her childhood and her language too is very Nawabi. I have come here very less but I can connect with it.”
She adds further, “Also, I judge each city by food which in this city is amazing. I have lot of friends from Lucknow and my stylist is also from this city. Whenever she comes here my only demand to her is get some motichoor ke laddu.”
Talking about marriage and hubby, she says, “Earlier, I used to never think about it either but the changes that happened to me had been good. It feels great to get married. It has solidified my relationship that I share with Karan, my best friend. It has been a beautiful journey.”
