The nominee must 18 years and above (except Young Society Leader) Self nominations are also allowed.

She must have done service to society beyond her line of duty.

Those who have been nominated twice or more cannot be nominated. Two references with valid mobile number are mandatory The nominations must mention the nominee’s name, age, location, address, valid phone number, photograph, email ID and two references.

The profile must NOT be in the form of bio-data in Word/ Doc file. It must highlight the nominee’s work profile and service to the society. Nominations must be sent through email and NOT post. Scanned and handwritten copy will be automatically rejected. HT reserves the right to reject
