Moreover it will add up more spunk and fun element to your home décor. And it’s simple to make your own with your favourite plants and in your choice of container be it a glass bottle or a bowl.”

Apart from this certain succulents and cacti are most suitable plants for terrariums. These plants needs less care and are easy to handle. Plants of such species continue to provide oxygen during both days and nights.

Doctor Suresh Pataria says, “I suggest my patients to have plants in their surroundings. With warding off negativity to overcoming chronic diseases, plants are the storehouse of health benefits.”

He further tells, “Plants such as aloe vera, basil (tulsi), brahmi (gotu kola), and peppermint are few household plants that provide skin and other health benefits.”

As the space is getting constraint these days every house can’t have a garden of its own. Regarding this our young generation has started to adapt one such method of terrarium in order to promote a healthy lifestyle, tells Shikha.
